How can I work with you if I already have a full-time job?If you’d like to train with us: All of our courses, including those for people wanting to become professional clinical (including practical) and strategic ergologists are available part-time – and many employers will pay for the course and give you time off. If not, we will do our best to tailor a study and payment plan to suit you. Training is progressive so you can earn money whilst you are completing your courses. The short courses for people already working clinically in areas where they encounter symptoms associated with job-stress can be taken outside working hours. Most people working in organisations where they are responsible for the welfare of people affected by job-stress – for example those working in HR, Legal, Occupational Health or Health & Safety departments attend day-long seminars and submit a written piece of work to get certification. If you’d like to research with us: For many this is part of work towards a higher degree – for example a professional Masters or Doctorate. You can study and research through this Institute entering without a first degree and leaving with a Doctorate. All study can be undertaken part-time. Many people who want to research also work with us inside an existing course they are taking: For example you can research with us, taking a Research Methodologies module arranged by you or us, whilst doing a first or higher degree. We are always happy to liaise with your academic or professional supervisor.
