Research

Ergology is a relatively new field of study and, therefore, it is crucial that research is at the very centre of its growth.

This Institute has pioneered new thinking in the treatment and prevention of job-stress – from re-examining anthropological suppositions for its occurrence and severity to crucial new methods for directing therapy effectively where anxiety is perceived to be originating from uncertain, or multiple, sources.

Everyone – not just those wishing to pursue either strategic or clinical ergology as a full-time job, but people with careers in areas in which stress plays an important rôle - is welcome to join us in our research, for expertise in this subject is widespread and often held by people not aware of the value of their knowledge and experience.  We are always pleased to hear from any professional – actively in research or not – to exchange views and knowledge.
